Each handcrafted item is wrapped in protective foam and packaged using double corrugated cardboard.  It’s also placed securely into our box with bubble wrap to reduce damage.

 Unfortunately, some delivery services may handle the packages with a little less care than we would like.  

If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us…we will make it right!
