Care

Torched Hawaii’s furniture is designed for decades of use and enjoyment. To keep it looking its best to keep the surfaces clean.  Quickly wipe away spills. Check out YouTube for how to easily repair a scratch in your epoxy finish. Steel legs are brushed and finished but can patina over time.

Our Guarantee

Each handcrafted item is wrapped in protective foam and packaged using double corrugated cardboard.  It’s also placed securely into our box with bubble wrap to reduce damage.

 Unfortunately, some delivery services may handle the packages with a little less care than we would like.  

If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us…we will make it right!

Excellent product and customer service

I order two mirrors from Torched Hawaii that are absolutely beautiful. We had a minor issue with one mirror and Torched Hawaii immediately took care of the problem. I highly recommend buying from them.
